Schezwan Fried Rice
Ingredients
For Making Schezwan Fried Rice:
2 tbsp oil
½ onion ( finely chopped)
1 chopped (carrot)
6 beans (chopped)
2 tbsp green capsicum (chopped)
2 tbsp red capsicum (chopped)
2 tbsp yellow capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
½ tsp salt
Using Chings Schezwan Fried Rice Masala:
3 tbsp oil
½ cup onion (finely chopped)
½ cup carrot (chopped)
½ cup cabbage (finely chopped)
¼ cup capsicum (chopped)
¼ cup beans (finely chopped)
2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
6 cup cooked rice (leftover)
1 pack chings schezwan fried rice masala
Instructions
Schezwan Fried Rice from Schezwan Chutney Recipe:
Firstly, heat 1 tbsp oil and saute ½ onions.
Add stir fry carrot, beans and capsicum.
Further, add 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce.
Mix well and then add 3 cups of cooked rice.
Also add ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper and 1 tbsp vinegar.
Finally, mix the rice gently and serve schezwan fried rice.
Using chings Schezwan Fried Rice Masala:
Firstly, in a large kadai heat 3 tbsp oil.
Add 2 cup vegetables of your choice.
Stir-fry for 3 minutes on high flame.
Now add 6 cups cooked rice and 1 pack chings schezwan fried rice masala.
Mix gently making sure the masala is combined well.
Finally, serve chings schezwan fried rice garnished with spring onions.
Notes
Firstly, you can add vegetables of your choice like broccoli, mushrooms and celery
Also, do not add extra salt as masala contains salt.
Furthermore, add garlic along with onion for more garlicky flavour.
Finally, schezwan fried rice / chings schezwan fried rice taste great when served hot along with manchurian gravy.
